Session Duration

Standard high-intensity sessions are 60 minutes. Advanced endurance or skill-based tracks can extend to 90 minutes including technical breakdown.

Format

We prioritize 1-on-1 coaching to maintain strict form and intensity. Small-group technical workshops are available for specific skill tracks like olympic weightlifting.

Location & Gear

Sessions are held at our facility on Jl. Gajah Mada No. 99, Palembang. We provide all necessary heavy equipment; trainees are required to bring proper lifting footwear.

Entry Requirements

A 30-minute introductory movement screening is mandatory for all new trainees to assign the appropriate starting track and intensity level.
